First rehearsal of Term 1 2026: Tuesday 11th February

Rehearsals are held at the Nowra School of Arts, Berry St Nowra.

Making music with others is a rewarding part of rehearsing and performing in an ensemble.

Whether you're a student who is just beginning or a seasoned instrumentalist, The Shoalhaven Youth Orchestra has an ensemble for you to have fun in.

Dear all, for many years now, the fees for SYO have stayed the same while costs have increased all around us. We are reluctantly raising the fees this year as we indicated to you in 2025. 

 

SYO Complete Year (paid in full):

$480

Second child: $380 

​

SJS Complete Year (paid in full):

$240

Second child: $200

 

Alternatively, you can pay by term: 

 

SYO - Term by Term:

$140

Second child: $120

​

SJS - Term by Term:

$80

Second child: $60

 

All string students enrolled in SYO are invited to play in SJS for free. 

 

Due to the administrative overload, we no longer accept Active and Creative Kids vouchers. 

 

Payment details will be outlined on the invoices. Invoices will be issued once we receive your enrolment form.
